Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor regular order flow, coordinate with the BIC to ensure daily collection of COD


• Design and implement resource roaster to ensure non-stop delivery service throughout the year


• Monitor the efficiency level of each agent to maximize the delivery and pick the output


• Ensure that the not verified issues are resolved within SLA


• Preparing a route plan for each branch territory


• Keep management up to date regarding the service standard through reports

Requirements:

• Graduation/ Post graduation from a reputed university


• Must have area knowledge with team lead ability


• 2-3 years experience in operations or supply chain


• Must be very organized and able to multi-task
